HCAR MLS Waiver & Reduction Form

Important: This form must be completed by the Broker-in-Charge. It must be refiled annually by September 1st to maintain MLS access or eligibility for reduced fees. Failure to do so will result in termination of MLS access and/or forfeiture of reduced fee privileges.

Per the HC MLS Rules and Regulations, a subscription fee is required for each licensed individual employed by or affiliated with a participating company who has access to the MLS. Reduced fees may be available for the following roles:

  • Unlicensed staff (Secretaries, Office Managers, and BookKeepers)
  • Licensed Personal Assistants
  • Property Managers
  • or an individual who is engaged solely and exclusively in a specialty of the real estate business separate and apart from working and selling the types of properties which are required to be input into the MLS

Certification Request

I, the Broker-in-Charge/Office Manager with which the Applicant is affiliated, certify that the Applicant will not engage in listing, selling, or appraising real estate which is required to be filed with the MLS.

I understand that if the Applicant is found in violation, their MLS waiver or reduced fees will be terminated, and I will be liable for an additional fines.
